Mushrooms are relatively easy to grow at home, and can be done quite discretely. The PF Tek, http://www.fungifun.org/English/Pftek is a good place to start for most people, however there are many other methods for growing, many of which can be found at http://www.shroomery.org/4/Grow-Mushrooms. Shroomery is an excellent resource for anyone interested in mushroom cultivation and is full of knowledgeable and experienced users.
